I'm a huge fan of Gujarati Khaman.. I also love khandvi.. baguntai these besan based snacks. And a bunch of other Gujju snacks like theplas, khakhras etc. Thank God I din marry a Gujju 😅 I would have had "death by tasty food."

used to have a gujju roommate in my masters.. he used to cook this  every alternative day..  

Papam naakosam oka 2 pieces pakka petey vadu and I used to enjoy. Oka roju room antha kalisi(except him)  K.Puli movie ki 26$ petti velli, G vaachi emaina tindam anukuni  restaurant ki velley mundhi just called him . he said dont waste money you have already waster 26$ today. come home I have cooked masth curry for all ani

 

poni ra babu devudu anukunna.. other roomies also were hungry but were looking for spice. ee dhokla okkati koddiga spice chesey vaadu kadha ani nammakam tho he cooks spice enough ta ani convinced and took all.. intiki vellaka the curry looked yummy and mouth watering.  aavuru aavuru antu uduku annam meedha koora vesi ghee tagilinchi oka mudha notlo pettaka teeyaga edchindhi
