Religious fanatics cause the greatest harm to any society . If Allah is so great why do you need to defend him against such lowly mortals ?

didn't you say you don't give a fcuk about BJP's Hindu nationalism becoz muslims can take care of themselves or something?

does your opinion change based on the country?

I don't think india has stooped to such levels as of yet  and normal people in our society do not act like rabid fanatics . 

I will start to worry about minorities when they hindus start beating up muslims for just  doing prayers

you are just making excuses for fellow Hindus in India

and passing judgement on pakistan based on a news source.

perhaps muslims who are victimized now should wait until India becomes really bad, so others can others can hear them. 

or if BJP finds that soft spot btwn full blown bigotry and secularism, and keep the country teetering on its edges while the economy soars, it may even end up good for Hindus and India, I guess.

I'm reminded of a popular story by Ursula LeGuin, 'The ones who walk away from omelas'. It looks like everybody wants/doesn't care to sacrifice someone else to secure their future.

In that story, the entire happy town has a secret. a child is kept in a basement chained in one of the buildings and has to be tortured regularly so everybody else can be happy. Most people are okay with it. Some walk away. The town is Omelas.
