Neeku emi thelusi ledho kaani , Chennai has a software industry as big as Hyderabad and a huge manufacturing industry . Hyderabad still has a some way to go before it matches Chennai . 

Banglore has been at the top for a long time now

Don't worry BJP treats all non BJP states equally bad , none of these poll bound states will receive those funds .

Infact out of all non BJP states Andhra is atleast getting some funding , Telangana is even worse
