endukanna IT vachana na pheeling atleast few mins a day...
30 kee musili ayyelaa unna baa
i push myself for workout but now a days aa motivation kuda raavadam leedu
enni days/yrs selfmotivation untundi.

Iam normal with my size/weight. small ayye pani leedu. but definitely to stay fit workout is needed
