to answer your question, there are limitations on how much you carry based on country. Carrying allow chesina, flight lo tinaleru, taagaleru, open kooda cheyaleru.

check-in and carry-on allowed. Limitations apply. 

Kaani carry-on lo techina, you cannot use inside the plane. So, why would it even matter..
