Nee daggara rental agreement unte unless given prior notice you cannot forced to vacate the house.. Even if its sold by existing owner to another person has to inform you and new owner could allow you to continue till end of agreement period, else ask you to vacate in 1-2 months which is notice period as per agreement..

No change in tenants, closed one house in Austin today.  Tenants still same paying rent to me from feb kaka
