Start with client. Client chesta ante lay off ani chepte madhya vadini pikeyachu. Paisal kakkurthi untundi employers ki they will take risk. Usually yeah 6months -1 months we cant work directly with client or other vendor taking away vendor . Edo non compete agreement they will have with our employer.

nenu chepta emi jarugutado. madhyalo vendor ki teeseyyali ante ventane client and employer go on mute as they know idi case avutundi ani. though in reality many vendors dont to to cases but bediristaru sue ani.

Client will tell go out x months and come but practically not possible. Best way is get out of the role and just keep working. Dont burn calories on non sense stuff

Keep it Straight bro...talk to client and ask if the client is okay to do direct assignment to you employer. If client says yes, then ask the client to talk to vendor and move your assignment to your employer. If the vendor has good relation with the client then they will let you go because they cannot risk one contract for future contracts.
