if I fill ds 160 and pay the fee. Lets say havent booked appointment or might book one appoitnemt after 2-3 months.

 

meanwhile na situation, i might change employer aa situation osthe, paina fee/appoitnment valid or cancel all re-fill ds160, pay fee again and book one more appointment?? or change the info or email ustraveldocs and use the above apoointment possible aa

Fees is Valid.. you need to file new DS160 and update the new number in your Profile section before you make an appointment...

so can i assume, fee and appointment goes worthless if appointment is booked.

Not like that you can go with Old employer too... but you need to prove Employee and Employer relationship like paystubs, W2, letter from Old employer saying still you are working for them.
