Increase in petrol price is wrong

You are being dishonest here , rayalaseema region is the second worst rain shadow zone in india after kutch . There isn't really much you came do to make it a agricultural zone . 

It's not a problem you can solve by throwing money at it . 

Godavari water lift to rayalaseema is also extremely unviable project . It would take 30 to 40 k to irrigate each acre of land . 

The only way to develop the region is education , even industries won't help because the people there are unskilled and all jobs will be filled by people from other states who are willing to work cheaper or much more skilled like  tamil thambis ( 90% of skilled jobs in kia motors )
