Chandrababu and KCR did loan waiver (sort of) to land owners only , he gave us 30k in 3 installments . Jaggadu is giving 6.5 k every year but the amount of people covered under this scheme much greater , on average state government is spending more for direct transfer . A lot of them are kaulu farmers who don't really farm every year 1 Quote
