Will Nagarjuna Convince Netflix for Renegotiation?

Nagarjuna recently wrapped up an action thriller. Titled “Wild Dog”, the thriller has already been sold to Netflix for a whopping amount.

Producer Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainments has bankrolled the movie in the direction of writer Ahishor Solomon. 

Back then, the production house thought that the safest bet for this film would be a direct-digital release. Hence, they had sealed a deal with streaming giant Netflix for about Rs 28 crore.

As per the deal, the producer can sell its satellite rights. The producer will also have the right to release the movie in theaters three months after the digital premiere. At that time, this deal looked awesome.

But as theatrical business bounced back, Nagarjuna has a second thought about it. He feels the film should release in theaters first. Will Netflix agree to negotiate again when the deal was already sealed?

Can Nagarjuna convince the international streaming giant’s representatives?

aha is local nflx is international. It always better to go with nflx/prime if both offer similar amount.
