folks evaraina meeku telisina vallu chesara ? advantage is posisbly getting EAD/AP faster...any disadvantages ?

AP use chesina travel ki EAD-EB3 category lone stick avvala ?

by Jan 2014, it doesn't matter if you are Eb3 or EB2, both lines will be same, relax and enjoy your EAD/AP, it is as good it can get to GC

Peace of mind in early ga vasthe once u cross 180 days from 485 rect date u can leave peacefully , with 140 pending move avuthe in case rfe padina no one will answer once u leave 

No impact to ap ead processing  but 140 deny avuthe or rfe answer cheyakapotgr evening will be gone

Regarding ap use chesthe sticking eb3 mixed answers unayi

Ead use chestge manam non-immigrant (h1 is non immigrant)status ninchi  immigrant status ki.marutham so you are not on h1 anymore , in case 485 final ga pothe everything is gone, heard there are options of going on consular process and do somethings but tough

how about h4 to EAD and back to h4. since h4 is based on H1 dependent , it should applicable right?

maybe later on , one can move from h4 to h1 too. all this makes my head spin.

H4  ead is different from gc ead bro , that's not shifting to.immigrant visa , where as gc ead is issued based on the reciept you applied for permanent resident

 

H4 ead is allowance for people to work not based on permanent resident

L2 ead kuda epadinoncho undi

any idea if we can go back to india and get stamping and come back for another employer? or brand new h1 file cheyala(like getting into lottery)

Not 100% sure bro If the h1 is not revoked and not expired (that means you are maintaining h1status)then we are out of cap anukunta any body can transfer @soodhilodaaram can know more
