అదనపు కట్నం కోసం వేధింపులు

ఆస్ట్రేలియా నుంచి ఇండియాకు రప్పించిన పోలీసులు

సాక్షి, నల్లగొండ : ఓ ఎన్‌ఆర్‌ఐ భర్తను పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. నల్లగొండ జిల్లా నకిరేకల్‌కు చెందిన బిందుశ్రీకి గత ఏడాది ఆగస్టు 6న ఆస్ట్రేలియాలో సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ ఉద్యోగం చేస్తున్న హైదరాబాద్‌కు చెందిన మందుగుల సురేశ్‌తో పెద్దల సమక్షంలో వివాహం జరిగింది. అనంతరం ఆస్ట్రేలియాకు వెళ్లిన సురేశ్‌ తిరిగి రాలేదు. దీనికితోడు బిందుశ్రీని అత్తింటివారు వేధింపులకు గురిచేశారు. దీంతో ఆమె నల్లగొండ మహిళా పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్‌లో ఫిర్యాదు చేసింది. సురేశ్‌ పాస్‌పోర్టును సీజ్‌ చేసేలా పాస్‌పోర్టు కార్యాలయానికి, తెలంగాణ సీఎంఓ, జిల్లా పోలీసుల ద్వారా ఇండియన్‌ ఎంబసీతోపాటు ఆస్ట్రేలియా ఎంబసీకి సీఐ రాజశేఖర్‌గౌడ్‌ ఈ–మెయిల్‌ పంపారు.

 

ఎల్‌ఓసీ లేఖలు పంపడంతో పాటు సురేశ్‌ ఆస్ట్రేలియాలో పనిచేస్తున్న సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ కంపెనీ వివరాలు సేకరించి సీఈఓకి మెయిల్‌ చేశారు. ఎంబసీ అధికారులతో, కంపెనీ సీఈఓతో మాట్లాడి సురేశ్‌ను ఉద్యోగం నుంచి తొలగించేలా చేసి, చివరకు ఇండియాకు రప్పించారు. ఉద్యోగం కోల్పోయిన సురేశ్‌ ఈ నెల 2న ఆస్ట్రేలియా నుంచి ఢిల్లీకి వచ్చాడు. అక్కడ ఇమ్మిగ్రేషన్‌ అధికారుల సహకారంతో జిల్లా పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. కేసును కొలిక్కి తెచ్చిన సీఐ రాజశేఖర్‌గౌడ్‌ను ఎస్పీ రంగనాథ్‌ అభినందించారు.

Ippudu dnikanna darunam ayina rule vachindi ... Passport cancel cheyyadam ... Indian emabassy will cancel your passport if you do not show up in Indian court if you are Indian Citizen.. for US citizens they file case in local court for Divorce if the victim is okay.. once Divorce is filed there is a lot of paper work to be followed,

Now the BJP govt is planning to set a new rule , if She / he plans to visit India he will be flagged at the Indian airport..this is still on the table not sure when it will be discussed in Parliament...
