Mutton biryani is what you are talking about... probably cafe bahar , shadab etc are better. 

For chicken biryani, bawarchi and pista house are better. Heck, any 4 star ,5 star buffet restaurants have perfected the art of making good chicken biryani. All the ones mentioned above use lot of animal fat in place of ghee and that is where flavor comes .
