They notice it whenever they see the surname, they definitely notice it when getting married, they notice it when they vote, they notice it when they avoid meat dishes, the notice it when they touch their threads everyday. All of higher judiciary is filled with uppercate judges , nothing new . There is no criteria where a judge is selected on talent , all are political appointees . Its also filled with nepotistic candidates 

Collegium system is a complete failure ,35 million cases pending and they routinely take vacations .

Yes muslims have caste hierarchy in india , Andhra lo BC  muslims unnaru

An oridnary UP guys doesnt really care about south. They have a very low opinion of south. But SC which appoint the UP judges defenitely will.

What happens when it comes to south is that delhi prefers to deal with very few oppressive castes , in case of ap it will be pilakas, pulkas, teddies etc. But they dont have any high opinion of even these castes.

Selection should be based on talent/experience not based on quota .. that’s what happens in this case
