please read AC21 carefully

 

180 days of 485 plus approved I140 is more safe enough to change job

 

Even if employer withdraws I140 it has no impact on 485 at all coz 180 days of 485 has already passed and AC21 protects it

 

The I140 180 days of approved date is only applicable when you have not filed for 485 application concurrently and you want yo change job then it’s highly required

 

I have repeated explained this multiple times in this DB

Receipt date is typically postmarked date. Not the day they generate the receipt.

USCIS Officers knows the AC21 law clearly , it’s people who has neither read the AC21 law fully nor have understood the AC21

 

Even I had doubt  last year but after I read the AC21 law and spoke to multiple Good attorney and people then I came to understand clearly what the AC21 law states

485j is a mandatory document. I don't understand the context. You don't file it you get denied eventually unless you are extremely lucky guy.

Employer can't revoke i140, they just can withdraw. If they withdraw, USCIS may send a notice about I485J at the time of adjudication.
