As long as reservations are intact the concept of hierarchy and stereotypes will stay on. 

 

reservations have definitely worked to an extent, this plan was meant for 50 and 60's where government was the only employer and hence support has to be done by govt itself in jobs, education, licenses, age relaxations

 now we are in information era where people just need access to information, replace reservations by laptop, internet LTE card and 2000 Rs per month stipend, free education till graduation, done if one cannot use all these options to come up in life, they deserve to be exploited and tax payers should fund such scumbags to eternity by providing entitlements forever
