Southern illinois univeristy edwardsville 

 

All provide full fee waiver plus salary for ta ga and ra..no need to pay out of pocket..

Northern Illinois University lo kooda telisina kondaru friends ki full ride scholarships ochayi, but again nenu graduate ayi more than 10 years over so situation might have changed now. 

Also San Jose state used to give good RA and TA options back then, not sure now. I know 5 people that studied at SJSU and graduated with ZERO debt
