Onlynlimit you following to yoga and meditation keep your health,  these practices are our ancient treasure stay .away from extremes , adavnced courses etc dont go to no mind state, on top.of it little bit commercial anipistadi

Yes - i feel having a spiritual mentor is better than idol worshipping and temple going( not against it) where you don’t have a guru to guide you on your spiritual inception and endeavor. Many may not agree, it is just my opinion. I also think Cauvery calling is a good initiative.
