Did someone order from this site? YouTube lo all sponsored reviews unnai. We have ordered for around some INR 20,000 but the courier charges were around 13,000 INR to our home in North London. Packets came from Eluru Road, Vijayawada so that gives an idea who these guys are. i do not have any caste affiliations so dont mind its from Chows or Yeddies or Christians. coming to the main question, we have ordered mostly non-veg pickles like prawn, gongura prawn, mutton, chicken, nethallu, korameenu, other fish. If you eat with your eyes closed, all of them taste the same. But I found them okay, not exceptional. Also ordered podis like karappodi, nuvvula podi, munagaaku podi, kariveepaaki podi, challamirapakaaya podi —- all of them are good though a bit extra salty. Also ordered veg pickles like Gongoora, pulihora gongoora, they are just okay, not very good. Coming to other snack items like jantikalu, mixtures, boondi. Some sweets, all are very normal nothing to mention, you can get better stuff in Wembley, Harrow, Eastham or Luton in the UK. So to summarize, they are just okay not an unmissable stuff Quote

If you are a kind engaged in budget planning, keep these guys off as the prices themselves are very fancy and delivery charges almost equate the total food price till you hit INR 20,000 mark. Quote

MounikaN Posted September 21, 2023 Report Posted September 21, 2023 Extremely Disappointed with Fia home foods I recently ordered from Fia Home Foods, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. I feel compelled to share my feedback to help others make an informed decision. Firstly, the delivery time was nothing short of a nightmare. My order, which was initially promised to arrive within 3-5 business days, took a staggering 10 days to reach me. During this period, I had to make several calls to their customer service, which didn't seem to have a clear idea about the status of my order. Upon finally receiving my order, I was shocked to find that some of the items were missing. I had ordered a variety of products, but a significant portion was omitted from the delivery without any prior notice or explanation. As if the delivery issues weren't enough, the quality of the products left much to be desired. The items I did receive appeared to be of subpar quality compared to what was advertised on their website. It's clear that the pictures on their website do not accurately represent the actual products. To make matters worse, attempting to get a refund or resolution for these problems has been an exercise in frustration. It seems like their customer service is unresponsive and lacks the willingness to resolve issues promptly. Overall, my experience with Fia Home Foods has been deeply unsatisfactory. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from them to think twice. The combination of delivery delays, missing items, and substandard product quality makes this a company I cannot recommend. I sincerely hope that Fia Home Foods takes this feedback to heart and makes substantial improvements to their service and product quality in the future. Quote
MounikaN Posted September 21, 2023 Report Posted September 21, 2023 I'm writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with Fia Home Foods for their misleading advertising tactics involving celebrities. It's disheartening to see a company resort to such tactics to lure in customers. First and foremost, the use of celebrities to endorse their products gives off a false impression that these products are of exceptional quality and that these celebrities genuinely endorse them. In reality, it's nothing more than a marketing ploy to exploit the trust and admiration people have for these famous personalities. I fell victim to this marketing strategy and ordered from Fia Home Foods, expecting the same level of satisfaction that the celebrity endorsers appeared to have. However, the reality was quite different. The products I received were far from the superior quality implied by the celebrity endorsements. It's infuriating to realize that I spent my hard-earned money on products that don't live up to the hype. The advertising campaign featuring these celebrities creates an unrealistic expectation that is impossible for the products to meet. Furthermore, it's a questionable ethical choice to use celebrities in this manner, as it preys on the vulnerabilities of consumers who trust these famous individuals. It's a clear attempt to manipulate people into making purchases based on emotion rather than the actual value of the products. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from falling for Fia Home Foods' advertising tricks involving celebrities. It's a deceptive marketing strategy that does a disservice to consumers who deserve transparency and honesty when making purchasing decisions. Instead of relying on celebrity endorsements, I urge Fia Home Foods to focus on delivering high-quality products that speak for themselves. Quote
Sonia1234 Posted November 20, 2023 Report Posted November 20, 2023 This is for anyone reading this in 2023. I recently watched anchor Suma reviewing Fia home foods on her YouTube channel along with other celebrities and giving rave reviews about the pickles. since I haven’t been home for many years, I got tempted to order the pickles from them and so I made an order here from America and eagerly waited for the parcel to arrive… I ordered five pickles … 1.avakai - the inner package was leaking oil into the second package, even then more than 50 percent had oil in it, less than 25 percent gravy. Avakai had hair in it … I lost my appetite 2. gongura - such less quantity and not tasty at all , we finished in two servings ! 3.prawn / mutton / chicken pickles - had so much oil that we eat oil and rice with very hard peices … all taste the same. I’ve called them and made a complaint, and still awaiting a response. all of you reading this please do yourself a favor, and do not order anything from these people. i lost total respect for anchor Suma who is like the brand ambassador for their products, all she does, and which she is very very good at is to talk and talk… I need a refund from Suma! RES Posted July 23, 2024 Report Posted July 23, 2024 They are no. 1 fraudsters. They charge huge and deliver a product not even worth Street Quality. See the photo attached. When we ask about this to them they don't even bother to reply. Never ever buy from them. If you feel like throwing money into dustbin you can buy from them. Otherwise don't. Quote
