Whether Privatisation is good or bad considering the performance and service of Govt. Bodies?

Let's be honest Govt.Employees  are not up to the standard. Go to any Govt.Organisation your work will not taken care until you bribe them. Most of the employees work less

than 2 hrs. Private companies can control them better. I know People fear that privatisation may result in Monopoly and increase in price but remember they can't operate the 

business in loss so they have to be reasonable. It is better to bear the price hike than bribe. Privation with proper regulation is good.
