shows lack of enough "established" heroines in each of south industries. No. of heroes increased in each state and typically each movie has more than 1 heroine. 

Telugu industry is to blame the most - they don't encourage local talent and all "big" heroes make it a point to get non-telugu heroines... even media portray that only these few heroines (all non-telugu) as A grade heroines and rest as B grade.

unfortunate... first of all they don't encourage and whoever is there they avoid - don't even give 2nd fiddle roles... eesha rebba , Sobhita dhulipala etc.. they only get new heroes movies. 

even new mega heroes all want non telugu heroines ... 

bellamkonda always want a "big" heroine as he himself doesn't have crowd pulling. 

old heroes like naresh etc... want lot of exposing and glamour show and they go for north heroines
