dyud u need to call them during their office hours and harass them a couple of times.. case number adigi note cheskuni 2 days taravata follow up call chesi seriousness create seyyali.. then 6-8 weeks lo vastundi..

got it after 3 months after several follow ups. 

worst customer service ever, they hung up on me while i was talking to them about refunds status.

some times they were like hold on for a minute, will be back and used to hang up. 

never recommend this sh1t a$$ airlines to anyone, nor i would fly.

Qatar nunchi rale. They told to use points by July 2022 . I bought changeable ticket too. Ento vellu money blocked with them now. I dont even know if Qatar is operating in India route.

next ade chestha repu inka, DOT ki complaint rasstuna, soostha anni options vadtuna, tweeting to ministers, emailing to higher management.. em jarugathdo  choodali.

its a very painful process but refund vastundi pakkaaga..

call this number and ask for refund.. nee itinerary antha daggara pettuko motham antha chadivipistaru verification purposes ani.. adoka extra complimentary torture

I had same issue...I been struggling since 4 motnhs. finally ninna nee email vachindi bhayya saying that they refunded. inko 2-3 days lo I should see funds..

neenu ekkado deshabhakthi tho airindia tappa veere airlines vellanu despite of badservice , no TV works...ela unna 14 hrs ee kada , dabbu aadi eediki enduku airindia ku eddam ani...with this refund issue airindia meeda chirraku den&^#(#
