looks like i am answering a moron who is not ready to udnerstand the challenges the centre faces to support farmers in future, farmers need  access to markets and they have to market themselves for better price and cannot rely on MSP alone, growing crap with pesticides and selling to govt is not going to go any further, you have to grow things that you need to sell in market, it can work wonders for farmers itself, relying on govt has not helped farmers in the last 75 yrs and its not going to work in future
