COVID lo they are applying 2nd extn too.  This situation may be extempt.

reason em cheptharu? 1st ext 2020 lo unte, may be ah time flying meeda +ve opinion evariki lekunde...now ppl are flying a lot internationally....so going back to India shouldn't be a prob and its safe as well.

We didn’t apply but I know friends who did it . Malla 2 years rakunda unte saripotundi anukuntunnaru. Reason is pandemic inkemuntundi.
