Calif lo no chali at all. Even there is then Red Cross, Salvation Army and some NGOs provide bed and food for days or provide free hotel bookings

LA la homeless kotha problem kaadhu. Its been like this from a long time. Skid row in LA houses highest homeless population in USA. Homeless from a lot of different places end up there.
