VPN tho it works. Naa case inka weird I didn’t have anything except my email(phone discontinued), so pestered customer case for 2 weeks an got enrollment id and datetime. Using these you cannot download in a direct way if you don’t have phone#(OTP is mandatory), there is something called faceauth they had in beta phase I guess as the url was not public on their website, using that I was able to download.
