Have some sense before running every new technology that gets released. 

Musk himself said this is a viable alternative to broadband in low-mid densely populated areas , even better for remote locations isolated from civilization., Excellent for seafarers and  in flight internet. 

it won't replace broadband or 5g in cities and good urban areas. 

Latency is one thing that I don't see going down further , which makes it highly unlikely to replace broadband .

This is mostly targeted for rural areas where internet is very expensive and bandwidth is very low. Urban areas get much higher bandwidth for a cheaper price.

satellite broadband is for connecting remote places that don't have the infrastructure. Not for people living in cities and suburbs.
