Employers ni andi deniki analsi vastondi ? US lo andarini peru pette ga Pilustam? Anyways nothing wrong calling garu andi . There is no ego in it . I would certainly call people that way . It’s just being respectful. 
 

Btw mi mata memu enduku Vinali ? This would be gulam giri . We will call orey too if we would want to or  garu/ andi if we want to

I rhink it a mostly used by women to their elders / husband etc.
