The home minister was referring to the PM Kisan scheme, under which Rs 6,000 per year in three equal instalments is provided to small and marginal farmer families having a combined landholding of up to two hectares.

 

so he was talking about pm kisan scheme which was successfully implemented in few states.

Adhi implement ch atanu antunadu , inka BJP vallaki paracharam ucha ekkuva kadha , so he made a generalised statement that everyone will get 18000 . 

But in actuality , only a few land owners are eligible for that scheme

Mee bhakths assalu ye vishayamaina kastha vollu deggara pettukuni chaduvuthara? i was already mentioned all of it more accurartely in my previous posts. @Ryzen_renoir bengal did not implement only one year. After that it decided to implement but delhi started the usual drama - aa details levu eee details levu.
