If you got type 2 diabetes, what age you got it?

If Ag1C is on low side of pre-diabetic range ... exercise, very less carbs, cut down sugars ... basically eat and burn calories rather than fasting and starving... 4 years back I used to eat boxes of sweets mine was lower side of prediab range but with simple food modifications and exercise went to normal in two months and haven’t went to that range again till now

What is your weight?? Does he prescribed metaformin ?? I was in same stage and almost same age of yours (just couple of years younger). Metaformin really helped me.

I think for prediabetic range some no need of metformin, maybe this is for higher side of prediabetic range  ... some doctors just suggest lifestyle changes ...
