Aayana cheppindhi correct , there is a huge scope for backhanded deals in privitisation . 

But at the same time we need the expertise and foreign investment  of posco .  Best deal would be leasing some of the unused land to posco for a long term .

Posco can setup their plant without any hiccups  and the money from lease can be used by RINL .   

I don't think they will move forward with this since state government is opposed to complete  privitisation

Because it an ideal location with already established Infrastructure . Also very close to iron ore mines in Orissa / jharkhand /Chattisgarh

Kadapa lo emi undhi , railway lines , port , road transport evadu develop chestadu ? 

State government  cannot to build all these facilities. 

The only alternative to vizag is Nellore district because it all the similar infrastructure .

Honestly you can get free land in almost every state in India .  if posco came up with a proposal it will get free land in all of rayalaseema , praksam , Nellore , vijayanagaram , Srikakulam districts

Now almost every 3 dist in ap has ports to export kakinda, vsp, krishnapatnam

For import every dist have railway lines

So it's not a big deal too

Kakinada is still nowhere in the league of krishnapatnam / vizag ports .  

Only two ports are good enough for posco in AP as of now
