But at the same time we need the expertise and foreign investment  of posco .  Best deal would be leasing some of the unused land to posco for a long term .

Posco can setup their plant without any hiccups  and the money from lease can be used by RINL .   

I don't think they will move forward with this since state government is opposed to complete  privitisation

Kadapa lo emi undhi , railway lines , port , road transport evadu develop chestadu ? 

State government  cannot to build all these facilities. 

The only alternative to vizag is Nellore district because it all the similar infrastructure .

 

Once the furnaces start, they won’t be stopped for days. Those furnaces need constant supply of coal and the best grade coal used there comes from Australia in ships. Transportation to kadapa would be a big problem for it.

Krishnapatnam to jammalamasugu railway line planned for it .  

Athey need to put in only 20-30 km extra track for the Kadapa plant
