if you take 0% APR card it is deemed as the person who is dirt poor and no credibility for any future credit in USA 

be ready to face challenges with diminishing credit scores and it’s affects later on 

 

on the other hand it maybe only me but just sharing my 2 cents not that it has to happen or be get way 

I have dcu account. Applied for personal loan. 4% apr ki 20,000$ approved. 

After couple of months I applied for credit card. It had 12 months 0% apr and transferred everything to my cc and I'm still paying it off now. Another 6 months to clear everything.

Btw dcu asked for my h1 visa validity timeline etc. I had to provide all that. So you have to be ready for some real documentation. It's kind of a risk for them when it comes to personal loan. 

Vehicle or home loan ayithe they know they can repo anytime.

But will credit card bank allow to transfer personal loan to credit card

Many banks only allow for cc to cc as balance transfer
