r2d2 Posted February 15, 2021 Report Posted February 15, 2021 మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలకు సొంతింటి కల నిజం చేయడమే లక్ష్యంగా లాభాపేక్ష లేకుండా సరసమైన ధరలకే ప్లాట్లు ఇచ్చే కార్యక్రమాన్ని వేగవంతం చేయాలని ఏపీ సీఎం జగన్ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రత్యేకంగా స్మార్ట్ టౌన్షిప్లు నిర్మించాలని.. తగిన మౌలిక వసతులు కల్పించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. పట్టణ గృహ నిర్మాణంపై ఉన్నతాధికారులతో సీఎం సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. 12 పట్టణాల్లో 18 లేఅవుట్లు చేపట్టాలని ప్రాథమికంగా నిర్ణయించారు. స్మార్ట్ టౌన్షిప్లో ఉండాల్సిన మౌలిక సదుపాయాలపై ప్రతిపాదనలను సీఎంకు అధికారులు అందించారు. మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలకు అత్యున్నత జీవన ప్రమాణాలను అందించాలన్నదే లక్ష్యమన్న సీఎం.. ఆ దిశగా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలకు సరసమైన ధరలకు ప్లాట్లు పంపిణీ నిరంతర ప్రక్రియగా కొనసాగాలన్నారు. అర్హులైన వారు ఎప్పుడు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నా ప్లాట్లు ఇచ్చేవిధంగా ప్రణాళిక వేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. ఈ అవసరాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని భూములు అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలని నిర్దేశించారు. కొంత ల్యాండ్ బ్యాంకు ఉండడం వల్ల కొత్తగా వచ్చే దరఖాస్తుదారులకూ లాభాపేక్ష లేకుండా సరసమైన ధరలకు ప్లాట్లు ఇవ్వగలుగుతామని సీఎం అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఇదివరకే అమలవుతున్న పలు పట్టణ ప్రణాళికలపై సీఎంతో అధికారులు చర్చించారు. ఈ పథకం కోసం భూములను ఎలా అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావాలి? మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు ఎలా కల్పించాలి? తదితర అంశాలపై సమావేశంలో విస్తృతంగా చర్చించారు. పట్టణాల చుట్టూ రింగురోడ్ల నిర్మాణానికి అధికారుల ప్రతిపాదనలు సమర్పించారు. భూములు ఇచ్చిన వారికి, ప్రభుత్వానికి ఉభయతారకంగా ప్రయోజనం కలిగేలా నిర్మాణం చేయాలని సమావేశంలో నిర్ణయించారు. Previously colonies used to give the poor people agricultural labour work , nowadays no one wants to work in agriculture Rapid urbanisation is the need of the hour , these house plots should be ideally located near industrial zones Quote
