You cannot apply 1 year before because you cannot apply H1B before 6 months unless company wants to apply and waste money.... Without H1B applied there is no point of applying for H4EAD as it is based on the Primary H1B applicant... Quote

Also I am looking for if any one filed self h4 extension by them selves like h4 ead ?
