nenu tax consultant dwara file chesta.. enduku vachindi le risk ani...
vadu oka $80 for opt and $120 for h1 charge chesadu naku...

401k is retirment plan laga.. every pay check nundi some account deduct chesi vatini nuvvu chepina vatlo invest chesatru..
stocks, mutual funds, etc..etc..
konni companies employees ni encourage cheyataniki employee $100 pay chestunte company $50 pay chestundi...
manaki month to month enta vachina karchu aaipotu untai.. ilantivi unte over period of time it will be some good amount...
