Overall gaa neither side wins , as they waste a lot of  monetary resources and time dealing with courts . Only the lawyers and judges win

so true, Maa case okati 15 years nundi nadusthune undi. Memu compromise ki ready kani vadu kadu, as he has control. 12 acres land, maku 2 echi settle chesukomante edusthunnadu. If court lo judgement vasthe he will lose around 8 acres of it. Just ego valla vadu compromise ki ravadam ledu. Eppudu Highcourt lo undi. Will take 4 more years

Courts on time judgement isthey country chaala bagundedhi , so many people suffering due to delayed justice .

Nenu tesskuna land without knowing land is in dispute. Brothers madyalo godava undi .. eldest brother want the share in property remaining brother don’t want give share because they have given him Dad Job. Without telling entire scenario remaining brothers sold the property. Eldest brother put the case on remaining brother and including my family who purchased property. Worst thing is remaining brothers don’t bother anymore. We are fighting the case from 5 years. Settlement price went from starting 20 lakhs to 60 lakhs now. Don’t depend on courts system in India is horrible.. never ending in courts for land dispute cases. Our family suffering from 5 years and never ending .

 

my advice is solve the problem in initial days with settlement, if time pass situation becomes worse

do not fight with siblings or parents or ppl from your relatives(same village). u will only know it is bad when they are no more. be happy with them until the relations system last. It is diminishing and soon there will be nothing called a relative.
