I think yes, but don’t use it until certain time where sender/banks can no longer proceed legally. If no one asks you until then it’s all yours.

if sender is some gangster or drug dealer you can keep at your own risk.

if it’s a bank even they try to take money from you somehow and get you into a bad credit situation.(saw this on reddit)
