H4 - Premium processing available?

H1 & H4 concurrent filing for extension in PP. Now H4 is also processed under premium processing or just h1?

biometrics valla anta kampu aipoyindi. if you had your biometrics already done recently (for some other case)....then there is a chance. 

few tried PP by upgrading the petition after biometrics are done. but i guess , there are delays just to get the appointment. its chaotic.

Nope...ikada already tesukuna last time mali adginaru.. it's been 6+ months now..finger print done..not sure about the approval... It will take 10+ months

What happens if we travel outside US while h4 is in processing. ? Will that be canceled or continued?

Assuming we get visa stamping done and come back, if H4 extension process is continued here in US and gets approved, do we have to leave US and come back again to correct our i94 (as we get a new i94 assigned on extension approval)?
