The statement looks blatantly incorrect but it is actually true. This is why how you say it is very important. 

In this case US is issuing visas to people from India who do not have a legible path to become permanent. For those who argue H1 is a temp visa - that argument is not true. H1 is a dual intent visa which provides a path to permanency. If it is a temp visa, US cannot charge SSN and Medicare taxes. Long time ago US flipped that switch to collect taxes. Parody language lo cheppalante you are adopting kid whom you cannot feed/nurture. 

As always IVs tone is drop dead dangerous for our community. In this case I agree with the ideology behind it but the way you say it is not good.
