i dont think they are trying to solve this problem. Once they get GC after country cap removal their first demand will be to stop gc to indians until citizen backlog is cleared and the stop issuing citizenship altogether.

Irrespective of what IV says/thinks, do you think it is better to not renew someone's visa who already came here, started his/her life, sent kids to school, invested for his own family (investment ante stocks, houses ala kaadu) or tell someone that is planning to come here that it is not an option?

Irrespective of what IV says/thinks, do you think it is better to let go of these potbellies who work against the very same community they initially came from and who are unqualified to start with and feel its a  slavery to work in usa rather  than stopping a highly qualified person from india who actually has potential to contribute to USA growth.
