They are not allowed citizenship in arab countries. Also malayalam is not the language of arab countries unlike hindi is of india. If biharis learn malayalam and mix in its ok. but will they - in india when hindi people move they expect locals to learn hindi because india gives that impression. we have to see what will happen.
