Summary of US Citizenship Act of 2021 for High Skilled Immigrants

• Sec. 3101: Increase Annual ceiling from 140K to 170K and Recapture of unused visas for fiscal years 1992 through 2020

• Sec. 3105: Protection for derivatives in case of Primary applicant deceases before visa application adjudicated

• Sec. 3401: Doctoral STEM graduates from accredited US Universities are not subject to numerical limitations

• Sec. 3402: Non Immigrants with approved immigration petition for more than 10 years are not subject to numerical limitation

• Sec. 3403: Eliminating Employment-Based per country levels

• Sec. 3404: Increase the ceiling for EB3 Other Workers from 10k to 40K

• Sec. 3405: DHS can temporarily limit the new perms in areas or labor market sectors that are experiencing high level of unemployment

• Sec. 3406: Pilot program for additional 10K green cards for cities or counties for essential economic development

• Sec. 3409:      H4 Visa Reform: Protection for H4Kids - Age freeze on the date of petition (I-140) or PERM;  H4EAD - It would be law, the current H4EAD came through rule making;

Entha sepu edaina chedham ante abba naku GC vunte chiche vaanni antaru but in reality GC vunna ade IT job but H1 renewal vundadu anthe. Ayyina H1 visa ante adedo visa lady GC ne world la create chesukunnam manaki maname. Naa lantodiki almost 40+ ayyina GC meeda aasha chavaledu. Em bathuko endo. GC vasthe night night life change avvadu Mana problem vunna dantlo happiness kakunda evado create chesina myth la bathakatam. Still e H1 leka baadhpaduthunna vaallu chala Mandi.
