Nenu Tinna aa pulasa curry in a kshatriya friend's home....naaku antha emi anipinchaledu.....the hype is just overrated anipinchindi.....but vaallintlone vanjaram (seer) fish curry vandaaru.......that was amazing....and that became a any time favourite dish...

Taste is like ... Sea fish+river fish mix laaga untadi ...little odour and lot of bones ....

Its nothing but hilsa fish ..very famous in west bengal and it swims in the reverse direction and comes to the shore of godavari river from sea.....ee fish ni vala vesi pattatam kooda very tough ... Fisherman has to go in opposite direction to the river flow ...anduke intha famous and costly ...only godavari areas lo ne dorukutundi ...inka ekkada dorakadhu 

There is a saying in godzillas  "pusthulu(mangala sutram) ammukoni aina pulasa tinali" ee season lo ani .... 

 

This year it was 6k per kg near rajhamundry...
