Fiscal Year 2022 visa numbers prediction for EB2 & EB3

Hello All,
Can anyone of you share some of your thoughts on how many visa numbers would be available roughly for EB2 and EB3 ( filling Dates for India ) for FY2022.

Anyone can predict to some extent.  Granted it might not be 100% accurate.

There are so many IFs and BUTs.

 

If no Visas are wasted this year, next year there will be enough to move the dates to Jan 1st 2016 (Just a wild guess. Assuming half of family based spills over to EB)

Eb1: Current 

Eb2: 2012

Eb3: 2012 to 2013. 

 

Inka 2015 tharvatha batch ayithe better lose Hope's. After 2014 too many people joined the line

2013 ninchi degree college ayyaka vachesaaaru direct, JNTU began churning our degree college students into Engg degree holders, it was like a great upgrade to humanity but downgrade to IQ, no point even talking about numbers
