Lesson: If you dont take risk you never grow 

 

2) Friend B Makes 150k Per Annum, Worth 250k, as he invested everything in Land and the Land price never increased sadly. - 7 years

Lesson: Dont put all eggs in one basket. 

3) Friend c mkes 300k Per annum Bay area been usa 10 years on H1B - bought a million dollar house ( 600K when he bought went 400k up and save his rent too ) 

Now selloing million house and buying plots in India, and he is going ot retire shortly, ante bank lo already 4 cr vundi savings

1. Sent all money to India - should have had 50% with me.

2. Should have invested in stocks
