Cunning is an individual person behaviour. You can find cunning people in all regions too. I will accept andhra as cunning if you can show me an andhra person who prefers to live in rayalaseema or telangana (other than hyd). Almost nobody does. Even those andhra person who complain about casteism etc rarely leave their vijaywada, rajamundry, kakinada etc.

Evaru ayina upward mobility ki choostharu , why would anyone from coastal Andhra go to poorer regions ?

If everyone had oppurnities in their native place why would they even migrate ?

Tirupati is not a bad city economicallu for someone from rural Krishna. If he really thinks his district is full of cunning people then he should move to tirupati.
