Amit Shah's words might be election jumla but  more women participation is the right step.  

Especially police , judiciary lo women chala important . If I were a female I would be a lot more comfortable approaching a female cop than male one

but there are no programs educating  on how treat women in work places lol ....and these higher up exploit them as usual...no safety net for them...nothing...
