This is a Crisis help line.. If you are going through some pain and needs someone to talk to, this is helpful. 
 

one alternative that might work is record your feelings on a voice recorder... and listen to it the next day... sometimes when we hear our problems in our own voice, it makes the problems smaller than we see it..

Crisis line ki call chese mind set lo rationale em undadu. If someone know they are stupid they are balanced and they dont need to call crisis counselor. Just my opinion.
